Free worldwide* delivery and free returns on all orders via UPS.
Order before 3 pm (CET) for same day dispatch.
All deliveries are climate compensated.
Home or in-office delivery.
Delivery timings**
Europe: Delivery 2-3 working days
Asia, Middle East: Delivery 3-5 working days
America, Oceania: Delivery 2-4 working days
Africa: Delivery 2-4 working days
**Actual delivery time will be provided at check-out based on your postal code.
Please note that our warehouse is closed during weekends and holidays.
After the order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking ID. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Your order will be delivered directly to the address you have selected during check-out.

Where do you ship my order from?
* We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Sweden.
Can I choose a delivery date/time?
* You can change the delivery date of your shipment through UPS. If you want to choose a specific time for the delivery you can contact UPS customer service (www.ups.com) with your tracking ID.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
* If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, please first check the order status by using the tracking ID provided in the SMS from our courier. For further assistance, please contact us on customercare@bitestudios.com or +46 102 221 000, we will be happy to assist you.
