Returns
You can return any BITE product purchased on our online shop, within 14 days of the delivery date. To make this process as quick and easy as possible, we offer a Free returns service.
If you wish to return an item, please book a collection by following below steps:
1.
Contact us on customercare@bitestudios.com or +46 10 222 1000 to arrange a collection from your address & to receive a pre-paid return label.
2.
Make sure the item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included, for us to be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
3.
Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid box) and stick the pre-paid return label over the prior delivery information.
To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return label.
Once your package has reached our warehouse (within 3-7 working days) and has been accepted, your refund will be issued. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
We prefer that items are returned through using the label provided. You may return items by using any secure transport, but note that you will liable in case of any loss.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.
Contact us to arrange a collection from your address by following the steps under ’returns’ and provide us with a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Refunds
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately issue your refund and send you an email confirmation. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?
*Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can not refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the original purchase.
