Design & Atelier Intern

BITE is looking for a Design & Atelier intern to join our Stockholm Atelier full time. You will work closely together with our design team, assisting them in their day-to-day needs. The duration of this internship is 6 months, starting from mid-January 2023 until July 2023.

The role

Assist with the development of collections for womenswear & menswear

Assisting designers in creating the technical packages for development and production, i.e technical sketches, inside drawings, construction drawings, product and making descriptions etc.

Assist with the day-to-day needs of the design team: mockups & toile making

Assisting pattern makers for minor alterations on patterns

Your qualifications

A student in design, with pattern making or sewing education is extra meritorious, enrolled or recently graduated

Strong interest and motivation to create high-end collections

Knowledge of Gerber, Lectra, or CLO is meriting

A keen eye for detail

A team player with very good communication skills
